FodderSwap (“we”, “us”) is a fan-run site for trading Mythic Legions action-figure parts. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
Information We Collect
- Facebook account details. When you sign in with Facebook, we receive your name, profile, and (if you permit it) your email address. We do not receive or store your Facebook password.
- Profile details you provide. A display name and your country, plus — only if you choose to add them — your full name and mailing address for shipping trades.
- Trade content. Listings, offers, messages, and any photos you upload of parts.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the trading service: to show your listings, route offers between traders, display your country flag so domestic and international trades are transparent, and send you notifications about your trades. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
How Your Address Is Shared
Your full name and mailing address are never shown publicly. They are revealed to another trader only after both of you have approved a specific trade, so that you can ship parts to each other. No other user can see them.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though signing in requires them.
Data Security
Your mailing address and full name are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is held only on our servers and never sent to your browser. Decryption happens only on the server, and only when a trade has been mutually approved. We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Your Rights
You can view and update your display name, country, name, and address at any time on your Account page. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it by contacting us.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time. Email us at info@borderlandhoard.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email associated with your account or including your display name. We will remove your profile, listings, offers, uploaded images, and encrypted personal data. You may also revoke FodderSwap's access from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
